She was my first point of contact We are always talking about the first opportunity an establishment gets to amaze a new customer, and she created a lasting impression While customer are very important, so are the employees, she just naturally connected with me and I must say, she represents the brand so graciously. I went to drop off my car at the shop, certainly I was a bit upset, when I walked in, Lakeisha greeted me with the most amazing, gorgeous smile, that immediately changed my mood for the better for the rest of the day.
FOR 3 decades I worked hard each year to deliver Impeccable service to my guests, which earned me 9 restaurant of the year as an AGM and 2 as a GM. I won’t say I was “impressed’, well it was more than that, first, I was definitely in utter shock, I experienced a high level of customer service at a car shop. The Hospitality Industry, more than any other, has forever been expected to keep the golden standards in customer service and to continuously innovate customer satisfaction. Through my insurance I zeroed in to Caliber Collision shop, on Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs, which is on the corner of my house.
At first, it looked like It was nothing, the older model Honda CRV had no damages besides a broken tail light, but I was in shock when I saw the damage to my 124 Spider, the entire front, grill, bumper, hood looked like it had been ripped, it parts of the front of the car was torn, as if I just had had massive accident. Earlier this year, I underwent 7 weeks of Chemo and Radiation, and In late July on my way to Northside Hospital I managed to rear end someone’s car on 285, my fault, my first accident ever that I was at fault. Not great enough to compel me to write a review, the thought has never even crossed my mind.
